RELATIONAL MARKETING AND CLIENT ONBOARDING SYSTEM

The Partner Box

was created as a physical onboarding kit to reach out to existing clients using a relational marketing approach focusing on retention, loyalty, and long-term value. The goal was to provide a tangible introduction to the partnership while reinforcing the brand and outlining other products designed for the hospital’s department needs. I designed the packaging system and printed materials included in the kit, creating a cohesive unboxing experience that introduced program resources, explained the partnership process, and provided support to existing clients.

Opportunity & Initiative

Beginning as a designer-initiated response to an opportunity, I observed in how we were engaging existing clients.

  • Identified a gap in post-purchase engagement, where communication focused primarily on new client acquisition rather than strengthening existing relationships

  • Proposed a more relational marketing approach to re-engage current partners with additional tools and resources

  • Conceptualized the Partner Box as a physical touchpoint to capture attention and reintroduce the broader product offering

  • Designed the experience to reinforce trust and build on existing client relationships

  • Positioned the solution to support deeper adoption and long-term engagement beyond the initial purchase

Redesigned & Updated

The Suite of Products booklet evolved from an outdated tri-fold brochure that could no longer support the breadth of the products.

I restructured the content and expanded the format to improve clarity, scalability, and alignment with the broader marketing and sales communication system.
