I conceptualized, designed, and animated two motion graphic explainer videos that simplified complex program concepts into clear, engaging visual stories. These videos were integrated into sales presentations and marketing materials, helping potential clients quickly understand the value of the products and supporting higher engagement during the sales process.

The Opportunity
During the sales process, clients didn’t have a clear understanding of what a discharge folder was for. Sales pitches were given verbally over the phone, and explaining how the folder works from start to finish was confusing for most clients.
I saw an opportunity to show the process instead of only describing it. I created explainer videos that walk clients through the why, how, when, and who of using a discharge folder, then worked them into the sales presentations and marketing materials so the explanation no longer depended on a phone call alone.
